On Anzac Day 25 April in the afternoon, Jill and Sherril went to the OLD ICREAMERY JUST OUT OF NURMURKAH. This a DAHLIA growing farm which Jamie & Gareth started from scratch with beautiful flowers and artisan condiments. They have pick your own flower days, a relaxing farm stay, workshops and special events. Fostering a deeper connection to nature.

The weather was glorious, with many people taking advantage of the last open pick of the DAHLIAS which were finishing their season.

We of course bought a large bunch each for $15, very good value , with every colour to choose from. They also had afternoon tea at a small cost and condiments could be bought also.

We met like minded gardeners while enjoying our cuppa, it was very relaxing.
